Triple Deck Cottage - 2mins from Mevagissey Harbour

A fantastic stay allowing GB us to spend another New Year celebrating with family & friends! Great week away.

Pros: Location was just right not in amongst the hustle & bussle but close enough not to be far to wander home on an evening. Great bedrooms. Parking at the willow car park was not an issue with the back gate being a short walk to the property. Also with the parking cost being in the property price was a nice touch.

Cons: All very lovely just some constructive feedback. Bathroom needs a digital power shower & some under floor heating. Also could do with a second toilet for 6 adults sharing. Could do with a stair gate across stairs to keep children/dogs safe.

Cosy comfy and superb location

Pros: The location was just a short stroll from shops,pubs and harbour Great amenities at the house games and books heated clothes dryer and a small courtyard just to name a few Stylishly decorated and very clean Hosts were very helpful before we stayed and communicating regularly with reminders The heaters were adequate to warm us up in the chillier times and these were all through the house. Bonuses were tv in bedroom and box of goodies in kitchen with 2 washing pods some matches spare batteries which was a great idea. Washing machine/dryer to use if needed.

Cons: The side entrance was tricky as I had a mobility scooter. There's a deep step to navigate and a parked car belonging to a neighbour but we managed There was not much space to place toiletries so a shelf would have been great just under mirror. If arriving late then a small carton of milk would be lovely to find. we got some from the local chippy as we wanted a tea.

Family holiday

Pros: Great location for the harbour. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Pleasant and enjoyable, just wish we had longer and I could lay in but my dog likes to do his business on grass, so 5am

Pros: Was very homely, kitchen was compact but well equipped.

My break was excellent, very comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: The location of Triple Deck was excellent and the parking very convenient.

Pros: Beautiful 3 story townhouse, everything we needed was supplied. 2 mins walked to the harbour, such a beautiful location. Accommodation was immaculate and clean

Cons: No parking outside of the property, little awkward for unpacking, packing and shopping...bit car park wasn't too far away

Triple Deck is Triple Star

Pros: Cottage brilliant. One bathroom, just about managed with us 3 sharing.

Cons: Proper instructions needed for TV and recycling. Also we discovered door to back of parking that cuts down the long walk round.

Enjoyed our time in the cottage and the improvements mentioned would make it even better

Pros: Only a few minutes walk into Mevagissey, good amount of space (at least for 4 of us), very clean, good heating

Cons: Some beds not very comfortable and noisy, internet wifi very intermittent, oven hob tripped when using more than 2 plates at a time

Pros: A lovely cottage in the middle of mevagissey, we especially enjoyed the log fire.

Brilliant spot - definitely would recommend!

Pros: Fantastic location and the property is a great size, it has been thoughtfully laid-out and is comfy and cosy. Plenty of space, tastefully designed and gives you everything you need for a stay away. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: Only minor things were the kitchen sink tap is loose and needs fixing, there were quite a few cobwebs, and check-out time is earlier than the other places we have stayed in Meva over the years - 9.30 or 10am would be better, especially as you can’t check in until later in the afternoon - gives you chance to go out for breakfast on your last day! But we still thought the place was cracking.
