High end apartment with amazing balcony views

Pros: Really lovely apartment in a great location close to everything. Modern decor and the most fantastic kitchen/diner. It has everything you could need. Great views from balcony of Newquay. Very spacious. Fluffy towels and high end toiletries were a lovely touch. There was a grass area within a minute’s walk for the dog too which was handy. Very responsive when we needed assistance.

Cons: It’s great to have a car park space but it is very tight. Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, just be aware with your suitcases! Balcony area needs a deep clean with a jet wash to get rid of bird poop that has built up on floor and furniture.

perfect mini break in luxurious accommodation with stunning views and perfect weather

Pros: the location was accessible to everything the accommodation was exactly like the photos when i needed to speak to someone the phone was answered instantly and the issue sorted the same day loved the welcome box

Cons: the stairs up to the flat were hard work not suitable for everyone in the wet room maybe a rubber mat as the floor when wet was extremely slippery a little more departure information would be helpful as not sure where to put used towels or whether i needed to strip the beds
