Pros: This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed in through Booking.com … it is light airy, well maintained, with comfy beds and couch

Cons: Only slight negative is more outdoor seating on ground lever would have been brilliant … also we had building work going on next door for the whole week which is no fault of the owners

Everything you need for a great beach holiday

Pros: The property is so clean and tidy and well equipped. Location is great and the space is perfect. Everything has been well thought through for a beach holiday, including travel cups and water bottles which are brilliant quality. Even dog bowls are provided for your furry friend. Would definitely recommend and would book again

Cons: If I was being super picky, would be take a sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper as the blinds are not blackout blinds and the light does seep into the room early

Great family break

Pros: The hideout had everything we needed and more to make the weekend the relaxing break we needed. The hosts thought every detail through. The location was excellent just a short walk from the town and the beaches.

Cons: There isn't anything I can say that is bad honestly would go back tomorrow.

Stopping in this property has made our holiday the best, it is so comfortable and homely we really didn’t want to leave!

An excellent house to stay at in Newquay, convenient for town and beaches, very clean and added bonus of a parking space

Pros: It was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, facilities were excellent. The extra finishing touches were very good eg laundry supplies and beach equipment and even reusable coffee cups and mugs with lids to take out and about.

Cons: Nothing. It was all excellent.

Excellent stay, we would definitely recommend

Pros: Excellent facilities, everything we needed was already there ie tea, coffee, bedding, towels, fans..... an excellent size and space with outdoor seating.

Cons: Genuinely nothing to comment here.
