Sleepers Barn

A beautiful quiet place.

Pros: Travelling from Australia we wanted somewhere in the country which was quiet and relaxing. This place met all our needs. Sleepers Barn well equipped with personal touches from owner that made it feel home from home.. Clean,warm and spacious for two. Up a few steps and security lights came on when we got back in the evening. Parking right outside the barn. Owners were friendly and helpful right from the beginning of our booking until we arrived. Very central for all day trips to many beautiful coastal villages, coastal walking and local pubs. Can highly recommend.

Cons: A washing machine would have been great but no issue. I just hand washed and used clothes rack in the outside garden.

Excellent, modernised barn conversion and lovely host

Pros: A lovely modernised barn. Beautifully styled and maintained, with high quality furnishings. Well thought out and functional, with all the cooking tools, ironing board, etc you could need. Lovely little garden area. Didn’t use the BBQ but excellent to have too. Great countryside location. Tucked away but close enough to Wadebridge, Padstow and the surrounding coast and got day trips to places like Eden Project, Boscastle or Tintagel. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful - even though we never met! Great, unexpected touch to have toilet rolls, tea, biscuits, bin bags, etc. Overall, delighted to have stayed here.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Only observation is that unless you put the sofa bed away each day there is limited comfortable seating available. The one was great, but of another small one could be squeezed in that would be even better.

Pros: Well located, drivable to many of the North Coast attractions. Parking was easy, cottage was well equipped and clean. Hosts were excellent and responsive to a couple of our questions despite being away themselves.

Lovely host , spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished , great location . Can’t wait to return .

Pros: Everything was perfect. The barn was clean, comfortable and very stylish/modern. Perfect for exploring Cornwall.

Pros: Really comfortable place to stay. Excellent quality furnishings, we loved the wood burner and the shower was great. Friendly and helpful hosts. Really well located for everything North Cornwall has to offer.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, spacious, and warm. Professionally designed interior. Cosy. Great shower. Excellent bed.

Cons: Coffee machine didn't work for me - just unlucky I think!
