Lovely 3 Bed House Close to Carlyon Bay Beach!

Pros: Wonderful cosy old house in a good location. The charme of the house and the good equipped kitchen etc. was very positive and made the stay beeing a real relaxing vacation. Very helpful host. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful house.

Perfect, homely base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer, but with decent walks and beaches on your doorstep.

Pros: Excellent location. Lovely comfortable rooms that created a very cosy atmosphere for our stay. Very well decorated and furnished throughout to create a home from home. Great host in Charlotte, who provided a very generous welcome pack and responded promptly to all questions. It felt like nothing was a ‘problem’ or too much trouble.

Cons: Only slight negative was the absence of front gates to the driveway, which meant the garden was not fully secure for our dog.

A lovely house in a picturesque location very close to the beach and local attractions.

Pros: The house was really great; nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds, the kitchen even had a coffee machine! The hosts were super friendly and helpful too. The house is in a really pretty area called Carlyon, and lovely Crinnis beach, part of Carlyon Bay, is less than a 5 minute walk away and has some nice cafes, a pizza place and even a sauna for hire, plus the beach itself is very scenic. Charlestown is a 20 min walk away along the coastal path or private road. There were lots of good options for kids nearby as well including The Eden Project which is less 15 mins away by car. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Peaceful stay close to the beach, helpful host.

Pros: Amazing location, slept really well. Really well equipped with lots of helpful extras. Great communication from owner who was really helpful.

Cons: Oven door handle needs maintenance and dials on oven have worn off so hard to see what setting things were on. :)

Excellent host, house and location.

Pros: Lovely spacious characterful property which was perfect for a family of 4 (and dog). Charlotte was a great host with fantastic communication, she went above and beyond and posted an item that I had left behind. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. The house is a short walk to an excellent beach. We stayed for 2 nights but would love to return for a week in the future.

Cons: Nothing all good

We left relaxed, revived and happy after making some fabulous family memories.

Pros: A beautiful house located in perfect walking distance to the beach or to a coffee place, takeaways or restaurant. Light and airy, comfortable, clean, fully equipped with extras and really good quality bedding and towels. Excellent taste in decor with a great eye for detail. Absolutely loved it! 😊😊

Cons: Can’t think of anything - all good!

Pros: House is lovely and homely, located 8 mins drive to Eden Project and walking distance from the beach. Clean and tidy, my wife loved the thick fluffy towels

Pros: We had a loverly stay here. The host was very helpful and provided a warm welcome with treats. The house is beautiful and we were able to bring our dogs. Stunning location, a short walk from the beach. Will recommend to family and friends.

A unique cottage in a beautiful location.

Pros: The house is in a wonderful location in a quiet, tree lined, street, really close to a lovely beach. The house has been decorated with homely touches and is a great mixture of vintage and contemporary styling. As an antique textile dealer I appreciated the artwork and textiles used. Charlotte is a very generous host who goes above and beyond for her guests and we felt very looked after during our weekend stay. She is on hand to answer queries quickly.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros: Location is just amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the stunning and quiet Crinnis beach, perfect for the children. Lovely bright cottage with great decor. Very helpful and responsive host. Lovely touch to have coffee , millk and some treats waiting for us. Would love to come again!
