Low cost, high value, immaculate accommodation.

Pros: I like simple and it was immaculate. I can’t say I had much to do with the staff as I only saw them on check in, but they were cheerful and extremely helpful.

Nice relaxing weekend

Pros: Location was great easy to find, nice and quiet site with sufficient facilities. Had an outdoor pool and cafe.

Pros: Very clean. Towels and cleaning products provided. Great shower

Pros: Quiet pool. Site was super peaceful at night, which was nice. Shower had great water pressure!

Cons: It was all fine, and we would go back. But… the curtains were too thin and falling off their tracks. And being used to staying in Airb&bs where you are provided with basic cleaning materials and tea/coffee/sugar it was a bit sad to have nothing. Had to buy salt and pepper for example. I don’t pack salt and pepper usually…. Or toilet cleaner.

Pros: Soon as we arrived we left very relaxed and chilled. The caravan was very big, very clean and had all equipment needed. The beds also, very comfy. Location was perfect for our stay and we’d definitely stay here again.

Cons: We liked everything and would definitely stay here again however, maybe a little bar would be good to have a drink at within the site

Lovely Romantic Stay

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this cosy caravan in St Austell. It was spotlessly clean, warm, and felt like a real home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful setting made it even more relaxing. A perfect base for exploring Cornwall — we’d definitely return!

Perfect short break

Pros: Very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was well equipped and exceptionally clean. The location and the look of the park was wonderful. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

ok till i broke my arm and went home early (sunday).

Pros: comfortable cottage, everything we needed was there. more instructions ie for cooker, shower, microwave etc. more info regarding walks around lakes and site in general. opening hours of cafe, pool, shop.

Cons: in middle of nowhere. it would be nice for directions to places nearby, ie shops, supermarkets, hospitals, places of interest. not a lot in st austell.

Absolutely fantastically Awesome week.

Pros: It was peaceful, comfortable, clean, very well equipped, nice countryside location.

Cons: I did not like leaving. Wish I had booked 2 weeks.
