Pros: The staff was super friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable with everything that we did. Thank you!.

Cons: Our first room wasn't quite as we had hoped but as the hotel wasn't fully booked for that weekend the staff quickly changed it for us which was very much appreciated.

Best in Falmouth

Pros: Hotel was fresh, clean and comfortable. Location great for the beach and town.

Cons: Staff member in reception on our arrival let the hotel down which was around 11.30 which was a shame . Non verbal non smiling just shoved I pad at us to fill in car reg . Massive impact when you arrive When we finally checked in at 3.30 we had an exceptional greeting v professional 😌 from a different member of staff she was like a breath of fresh air

Beautiful hotel but let down with pool facilities

Pros: Hotel and room was beautiful. Location was ideal and lovely views from the breakfast room. We had a duluxe room which we shared with our daughter, who loved the size of her sofa bed! Coffee pods and biscuits were nice and the bath size was ideal. Very comfy beds.

Cons: On arrival, we were told the pool was cold. I had emailed twice regarding times for the pool prior to arrival so was disappointed to be told it was cold. The staff in the health suite advised it was 28degrees however, it felt much colder. The sauna also didnt work which we werent told about. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the facilities for our daughter. It was an hour away from where we needed to be but we weighed this up. Had we have know the pool was cold we probably would have booked elsewhere. Parking filled very quickly. We chose to walk to town for dinner (15mins) rather than drive at risk of losing the space. Lots of cars just sat waiting to park causing conjestion.

Pros: Loved the location near the beach Food was excellent Staff were both polite and helpful Spa was great although pool was very cold

Perfect hotel break

Pros: Superb location, great views, clean and spacious, very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: A lovely hotel in a perfect location. Everything felt luxurious from the moment you check in until you leave.

Cons: There is limited parking, which can be a be a bit frustrating. Especially in the rain! But there is parking available in the surrounding roads

Pros: Lovely hotel. Staff are really nice and considerate.

Cons: Nothing, apart from the weather but that's not the hotels fault.

Even though only one night, very enjoyable, and wouldn’t hesitate to go again if in the area.

Pros: A very friendly hotel, and all staff made you feel very welcome

Cons: Only one thing. The cups in the bedroom were too small, similar to ones for breakfast would have been better
