Pros: Total refurb inside - very contemporary, clean and cosy.

Cons: The outside was a little deceiving as hadn't been updated unlike the inside. Hotel sign and entrance gates looked a little worse for wear. Also, emailed twice through booking.com to reserve a parking space as my partner was slightly disabled but had no reply.

Close to Falmouth Pavillions.

Pros: The staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked.

Cons: The only negative would be it is a little dated with decor etc.

Quiet location, smell the sea.

Pros: Quiet location easy reach from Falmouth Town station and just 5' stroll to fantastic coastal views. Great value for an Autumn break made even better with a free room upgrade. Thank you . Loved the full Cornish cooked breakfast so much had it three days running.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: My only complain is that there are not enough parking spaces in the car park for all the rooms, hence we had to park out on the road. Not a problem in November but in the summer I can see that that would be an issue due to the proximity to the seafront.

Pros: The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere.

Pros: Close to town and easy to park. Friendly staff. Good sized room with comfortable temperature. Quiet in the evening. Slept very well. Excellent breakfast.
