Pros: Super friendly staff when you entered the building. Took me straight up to my room, took a genuine interest in my travels.

Cons: Overall the room was clean, but the extractor fan was quite dusty which meant the room got quite steamy

Pros: Met on arrival by the smiliest staff. Led up to a HUGE room with a HUGE bathroom - bath and shower. A bay window looked out over the harbour. Generous tea/ coffee. biscuits - even oat milk. So very pleasantly surprised. I only booked it because it was the cheapest close to a gig I was going to.

Cons: Nothing really for me, but it's quite a tired old building so bits of it were tired and old - but immaculately clean.

Pros: A really great location, an excellent price, with friendly staff and a big comfortable room. Generally pretty clean although in some places it's a little shabby and scruffy. That just adds to the charm for me though. I loved it here and the kids did too.

Cons: Having breakfast options would be good as you have to go out and find a cafe for breakfast. There are plenty to choose from around Falmouth, but with kids it means having to get them up and dressed and out etc rather than just walking downstairs. Car parking is a bit difficult, it's doable but can rack up after a few days. I had to keep moving my car between two or three different car parks each day because of the way the charges and time restrictions work. There is parking on the road if you can either find a space right outside or don't mind walking round the corner and finding a street.
