Great spot to stay to visit beautiful Falmouth.

Pros: In an excellent location with clean comfortable room. There was nothing to dislike. Nice staff. Good stay.

Cons: My only criticism and it is very minor, is that I was in a room with a shared bathroom and it would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom.

Excellent value b&b

Pros: Excellent value for money. Nice room above a great pub brewing it's own lovely beer. Lively pub with a great atmosphere. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Stairs up to the rooms are a bit awkward if you have reduced mobility. No heating in the en-suite.

Great pub, good ambience, lovely spacious room.

Pros: The room was larger than a normal twin. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good price.

Cons: The only complaint would be that the curtain pole was broken so the curtain didn’t close properly.

Pros: Very characterful place with an excellent well stocked pub.

Cons: Shared bathroom was used by someone else who wasn't in the adjacent room....a minor grumble but they had left a mess...

We loved our stay. A friendly proper pub with very good food. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Relaxed and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a great start to the day. Sunday roast is also totaly recommended. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed.

Cons: Remembering that the rooms are above an old pub, it is not quiet during opening hours, for some this might be a drawback.

Nice friendly pub b&b

Pros: Happy and lively pub with a popular quiz night during my stay. I was able to find free, street parking nearby and to walk around Falmouth from the pub. The room was nice and clean

Cons: The bathroom was fine but the shower temperature was a bit erratic.

Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Really lovely 2 bedroom suite for us and 2 teenage boys. Clean, comfortable with fabulous views from double bedroom and bathroom. We were warned about noise from downstairs bar but this was not a problem at all, no significant disturbance. The breakfast was really lovely too. Thank you we will definitely be back as our daughter is studying in Falmouth! Thank you!
