Perfect !

Pros: Lovely, spacious and clean. 5 minutes from the Eden project. Exactly what we were looking for. Avril the host was great in responding to messages and allowed for a slightly early check in to allow us to arrive at the Eden project for our time slot. Fresh milk in the fridge and a nice surprise of scones with clotted cream and jam. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be returning on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property . Perfect for our needs.

Pros: Bright, modern, comfortable. Well equipped. Lovely bedroom. Very clean. We enjoyed the cream tea left for us on our arrival. The property is very central to many of Cornwall attractions. Non intrusive hosts but good communication.

Cons: Although there is a small outside area to enjoy, fenced off from the main homes garden for our use it means that the view from the lounge is of a fence, which wasn’t great.

Pros: Most comfortable night sleep I've had in ages! Peaceful area with wildlife all around, and only a 2 minute drive away from the Eden Project. Fresh cream and jam with scones on our arrival.

Cons: Not a single thing. Everything was great!

Lovely modern place in a beautiful countryside location close to everything

Pros: A beautiful home, tucked away up a little lane with a view of the distant sea on a clear day. It had everything and was only a 25 min walk through back lanes and paths to the Eden Project. Lovely beaches only 10 min drive away.

Cons: Nothing.

Peace in St Austell.

Pros: The totally relaxed atmosphere, in the country side so no traffic noise. Clean airy , pretty, modern, spacious. All eco friendly products and very clean. Host was very friendly and helpful with information, leaflets for visiting places and treats left in the fridge, mmm cream tea delicious thankyou 😁.

Cons: Could be a downside if you want a pub , but only 5 min drive down country lane. Not a problem for us . Otherwise everything needed available, wonderful stay would definitely come back ❤️.

Amazing house and location!

Pros: Avril’s accommodation was fantastic. Very clean, you have everything you need and the location is nice and quiet. So easy to get to the Eden Project and other areas of Cornwall.

Cons: It was a bit tricky to find specially since we arrived when it was dark already, but with the information she sends and a bit of patience you get there in the end!

Pros: Bright and comfortable accommodation in a very quiet location.
