Pros: Good location, around 10 mins to the centre of St Ives. Comfortable.

Cons: Carpets in dog friendly properties always seem unhygienic. Kitchen facilities were not great. The place could have done with a hoover, lots of dust and cobwebs, and the hoover provided was useless. Shower tap was broken.

Pros: Cottage was pretty clean but was bit to far out of town for us thought it was closer than it was

Comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable sofa & (soft) bed. Good shower. Nicely decorated throughout. Decent location as long as you don’t mind a walk uphill!

Cons: There were a few small niggles. The flush on the toilet was temperamental, the Smart TV could do with an upgrade, and a new set of mugs would make all the difference.

Enjoyable experience, partly due to reasonable weather.

Pros: Location fine - we like walking and being about 12 mins from centre of St. Ives down the hill, harder work coming home, amenities about right for the price,

Cons: *We had expected parking but there wasn't any - we had to pay an extra £42.25 to park a 10 minute walk up the road. *No dining table, a breakfast bar which was ok for breakfast but glad we weren't eating in. * shower a little weak and whilst I know people sometimes like a bath this was not easy getting in and out due to curve of bath. I'd prefer a separate shower

Pros: Good communication from Luxury costal prior to arriving on key location/parking etc. Apartment was clean and has everything you need. Good location 10-15 minute walk to beaches and town centre (Is a fairly steep hill walk back for anyone with mobility issues).

Cons: One neighbour who lives to the left of the apt down the right lane felt the need to complain about walking dogs down her road which she insisted was a private lane (no signs to say this is). Absolute Karen, was politely told to do one.

Out of season base camp for Coastal walks

Pros: Location, on the edge of St Ives , as we had our 2 dogs with us , very practical & also very quiet. Also only 6 min walk from St Ives RFC parking , 3 & 8 walk from two small shop's, Decor has obviously been well thought about ,

Cons: Not enough cutlery & crockery (set of 6 would be great) & a small vacuum cleaner would be good too , very minor cosmetic thing's catch the eye but that's being picky
