Definitely book this place!

Pros: We visited for New Year's Eve in St Ives but the flat was warm when we arrived and throughout our stay. Everything was great. Clean, spacious, comfortable, big TV, comfortable bed, good bathroom and best of all, a lovely cat outside called Jeffrey . (If you don't like cats he will go away I am sure). Very good value and 100% recommend! Bit of a trek up and down the hill to town but not so bad (we are in our 70's). There is an allocated parking spot just above the property which is important in St Ives as parking in the centre is pretty much impossible.

Cons: Nothing.

Home from home

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a cosy stay. On site parking was a great bonus, & a 20 minutes walk in to town . Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely Place

Pros: Great little place, good value for money. Supermarket literally a 5 minute walk away.

Cons: The only downside was the bed was a bit hard and lumpy. We mentioned this to the owner (who was very friendly) at the end of our stay. He told us we should have contacted him earlier as he had mattress toppers we could have used. Other wise everything was excellent.

Pros: If looking for somewhere to stay in the St. Ives area we would highly recommend The Life of Riley. We loved our stay. Easy self check in. The flat was immaculate and had everything you needed to self cater. Very tastefully decorated. Books for appliances were most helpful if required. Great recommendations for eating and doing in St. Ives. A short walk into the town centre and beaches. Communication was appropriate and prompt. Many thanks
