Pros: Amazing views across harbour and over to beach and sea. Ideally located to access Looe. Simon was a great host and made a fantastic breakfast catered to exactly what you wanted. Gorgeous property in a beautiful location.

Meeting the real Looe

Pros: Great B&B in a perfect location overlooking the the harbour. Simon the owner couldn't be more helpful and cooks a mean breakfast

Cons: Absolutely couldn't fault anything we had a perfect weekend meeting many of the local people who looked after us so well it was fantastic.

Really enjoyable stay

Pros: My wife and I had such a wonderful stay. Our host, Simon, is a thoroughly nice chap, really helpful and certainly a good source of local knowledge and cooks a fab breakfast, no menu required as he will prepare whatever you request which we thought was a great touch. We had the room on the lower floor which was very comfortable and had an excellent view. We enjoyed our welcome flapjack too! Highly rated. Just a stones throw from the centre of town and its excellent pubs.

Perfect

Pros: Perfect location close to town centre, Simon is the perfect host the room was vic lean cosy and comfy with a beautiful view, we enjoyed the flapjacks thank you, everything you need is provided, car parking was gratefully provided thank you a bonus you can park outside easily plus additional parking is available, we will definitely be back again soon .

Perfect mini break!

Pros: Warm, comfortable and clean room. View was beautiful and stunning at night. Location perfect, with everything a short walk away. Simon was an excellent/attentive host and provided a fabulous cooked breakfast, which set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderful stay in a great bed & breakfast

Pros: Simon made us very welcome and was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: The location was superb. The bedroom was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the view was superb. The mini fridge was an excellent idea. The host was excellent, very relaxed, and genuinely interested in his guests. A good selection of breakfast items, all freshly cooked , I would definitely recommend Penwyn bed and breakfast.
