Enjoyed everything about the property and Ron was a most interesting host.

Pros: breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit salad and orange juice included, beautiful view and short walk to town centre. Ron was a great host, helpful with local information and very interesting to talk to with anecdotes and current views.

Cons: Everything was first class.

Pros: Our room was so nice and very clean, fresh biccies with a cuppa for supper. the view was beautiful especially the sun set, breakfast was delicious and hot. The location to town was a 5 minute walk . Ron and kay, our fabulous hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. They have a beautiful house, kay and Ron are very welcoming.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike. You can't perfect perfection.

Great hosting, fab location and will definitely stay again!

Pros: The hosting was fantastic! Lovely touch of a welcome Pimms on arrival. Breakfast was full of variety, the fruit was fab! We did miss having beans on our cooked breakfast, but was still yummy! The WiFi did cut off in the evening, however this wasn’t impactful on our stay, just wanted to note this. Location is fantastic, the beds are SUPER comfy and just overall, a great stay! And one of the best bits…. THE VIEW!!!

Pros: Woodlands is a beautiful property and is lovely and clean. Great breakfast and we were made very welcome. Parking on site is a bonus.

A very enjoyable break - would stay there again if in the area.

Pros: Good location with a 10 minute walk into town and its own parking. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and welcoming hosts and great breakfasts. Complementary Pimms on arrival!

Cons: Possibly too many cushions and pillows in the room!

Nice quiet Hotel ideal for a couple of nights away.

Pros: Location great as just outside Looe, Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at any Hotel. Host was very friendly and liked to have a chat. Nice view from room of river and hills oppsite.
