A proper break in a very welcoming accommodation

Pros: The welcome and service from Tracey was exceptional.We felt that nothing was too much trouble and will definitely recommend her to others.

Cons: Something that she couldn’t change which was the road noise but the sea view from across the road was lovely

Really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Pros: Lovely property - great hostess - tasty breakfasts. Room was warm clean and a good size. Shower was amazing and the towels were white and fluffy! The views were spectacular.

Suited us for our short stay.

Pros: A wonderful view over the sea, easy access (10 min walk to town albeit uphill coming back) and parking. Not brand new but loved and homely atmosphere. Breakfast was great; juice, cereal then choose what you would like from a full English (a tick sheet supplied each morning). Hairdryer supplied. Parking right outside. Hostess, Tracey, was very welcoming, helpful and was able to fulfill all our requests. Would definitely come back and my husband would say I am fussy!

Cons: Aircon for heat was a little noisy but turned it off at night anyway so didn’t bother us (-2 outside and still bearable), would advise taking slippers as floor tiled. No toiletries supplied but that was probably our fault for not reading the description properly. We had 2 rooms; the back room/unit that is for sale was a little musty, we would not have been able to stay in there due to health reasons.

Sawyers was a great place to stay, we thoroughly recommend it to others.

Pros: The location was great, beautiful sea views which constantly change with the tides going out and coming back in. Only a short walk into Looe to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Our lovely friendly host Tracey cooked a fabulous breakfast each morning which kept us going until dinner time.

Cons: There wasn’t anything to complain about

A complete relaxing two days.

Pros: Its position was stunning, bit concerned about walk down to Looe, but in fact it was easy and very pleasant. Our welcome was very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast just perfect, cooked fresh by Tracey who is a great host and very nice lady too

Pros: Room was spacious, as was the shower room, not all cramped up like some B & Bs. The owner was so friendly it was like we had known each other for some time, although we did live in that area for a few years and became nearly locals, we were able to relate to quite a few people that we knew. . the whole set up is so different to how it was when we lived there, and the current owner has made a very good job of making it like home from home.
