Everything was gorgeous! Super relaxing time

Pros: Everything - we had the most gorgeous room that just felt like a little cottage - very comfortable bed, lots of space, amazing products to use in sizes where you don’t feel like you can’t use the product properly! We were greeted with the most friendly reception and everyone we saw around the property said hello to us. Breakfast was gorgeous and amazing quality - we don’t eat meat very often and save it for nice moments and the eggs Benedict ham was amazing! We used the sauna twice over our stay which was such a treat… we are actually local and this felt like such a treat and a holiday even for one night

Cons: One tiny tiny thing would be maybe a cold shower by the sauna

A lovely stay

Pros: The room was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and a lovely walk in shower. In the Spa facilities the sauna was stunning

Cons: The pool was quite cold and needed a bit off TLC.

A warm, relaxing stay with great views and a lovely SPA

Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were wonderfully spacious with gorgeous large windows that filled the space with light, and the SPA was a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast was very good, and the view was absolutely amazing. We’d be delighted to return.

Cons: Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service on the evening of our second day, but we made the most of it by enjoying the outdoor whirlpool instead.

had a lovely week relaxing and enjoying nature.

Pros: Spacious cottage, parking close, ground floor, lovely gardens, near river but no views, staff took us to the river in a golf buggy because walking was a bit difficult for us. Restaurant very good. Huge comfortable bed, newly refurbished bathrooms, spotless bed linen and big fluffy towels. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: lots of potholes and uneven road surfaces, not good for wheelchair users, it's an old building with lots of stairs. oven and extractor greasy, plenty of kitchen equipment but non stick pans were ruined by previous guests so needed replacing. Cleaning could be more thorough and shower drain needs unblocking. All this was mentioned to a manager who thanked me for letting her know and will make sure issues are resolved.

Very lovely and relaxing stay, everything was just lovely

Pros: Location was great and picturesque, lovely walk to the beach and along the coast. The room was large, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and spa facilities too. We had dinner which was fantastic, food was great and service very good. Breakfast had a great selection of continental and cooked breakfast options.

Pros: The swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and tennis courts were fab.

Cons: Sauna was broken with workmen fixing which was noisy. Breakfast we didn't have but was quite expensive.

Great vfm, will definitely stay again

Pros: Clean comfy, excellent vfm. Lovely senior housekeeper ( who cleaned our room) Delicious food, helpful friendly professional staff

Cons: Dining in the conservatory in the evening v chilly, had to move to the sitting area and eat off our laps. Hotel bedrooms fab and modern, the conservatory and adjacent lounge ready for a refresh?

Pros: The food was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

Cons: Just a couple of things, there wasn't a mini fridge, I had medication that needed to be kept cool. Would have been good to be able to access Netflix. The bar closed very early.
