A short overnight stay with spa benefits

Pros: Spa was excellent and nice pool. Good breakfast buffet with a vegan full cooked.

Peeps Spa break

Pros: Clean and tidy hotel, in a great location, free local shuttle bus and spa facilities. Fantastic breakfast of great quality, will definitely be back again.

Cons: TV sound was muffled.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: Perfect position with a family wedding in the area

Pros: Really clean, beautiful rooms and the whole stay is thought through to every detail. Staff were all really kind and friendly and managed to get in my room on time.

Cons: In the room I would have benefitted from a luggage rack so I didn’t have to store my bag on the floor.

A pleasant stay that did feel expensive for that it was - but it was also bank holiday so prob max rates.

Pros: It has so many things that are good for families and well located.

Cons: We found one of the beds lumpy (but gave that feedback when we left) and bizarrely couldn’t get one of the bed side lamps to work but suspect it was the settings somewhere.

Short Stay in Polzeath

Pros: Nice facilities, clean apartment and close to Polzeath beach. They have a shuttle that takes you to Rock so you can get the ferry to Padstow

To expensive

Pros: Property was nice and clean. Was sold the idea it was a suite. It’s basically a spacious one bed apartment! With a en suite and no other toilet. Lift didn’t work which was an inconvenience getting stuff in and out especially with a toddler. I asked the maintenance guy about the lift. I said I bet it’s been broken for months, he said yes! So I asked the girl on reception and she said it only broke a couple of days ago and it was waiting a part! I said the maintenance guy said it was months. With that she went bright red and didn’t comment ! Staff were all very nice. Can’t fault them at all! We paid roughly £600 a nice. I would say £300-350 is about right. Felt it was a bit of an over sell in there behalf.

Cons: Lift not working, out door pool is a bit dated.

Lovely time in the sun with beautiful surroundings

Pros: The facilities were great and the staff incredibly helpful. The location is perfect. Breakfast is full of choice

Cons: The restaurant is overpriced for what it is.

It was a lovely short break and we would return to this hotel.

Pros: The staff at reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The spa swimming pool was nice and the outside pool was good too!!

Cons: Only criticism is the small and cozy rooms are incredibly hot with no air conditioning. Otherwise the rooms are very well equipped,

This is an excellent hotel for a short or even a longer break

Pros: Excellent location for walking the coastal path and access to the beaches. The buffet Breakfast was very good with a selection of food available. The facilties at the hotel are very good, including the out door pool, spa and gym which we used very day of our stay.
