Pros: Our room had no heating,,,so we got upgraded to a cabin ☺️

A lovely time with friends.

Pros: My room was changed when I told them I had a broken foot and the only way to my room was via stairs. They happily change me to a ground floor room.

Cons: The spa was closed and wasnt told when booking.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly, The views from the hotel are stunning, especially on new year for the fireworks, Also it's a great base with ample parking, Great food and facilities.

Cons: My only concern was the bed in the first room we were given, it was far too small for a double, but the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a king-size bed.

Pros: View and the reception area was welcoming and smelt nice.

Cons: Room was adequate but expected more for the price, fairly basic. Needed to ask for an extension lead to change my husband's CPAP machine which was provided but the importance of this wasn't fully appreciated. Would have thought an additional one electric socket close to the bed would be beneficial as they are not always used just to charge a mobile phone.

Definitely recommended coming back

Slept well - dined superbly - great stay !

Pros: Everything went extremely smoothly from my afternoon arrival to my very early departure. Two very comfortable & quiet night's sleep; excellent breakfast and dinner, looking down at the lights of St Ives twinkling in the distance. I definitely want to go back when I am not working.

Cons: I can't think of a thing - thank you.

Great location, especially the views from the landscape gardens. Comfortable and friendly staff.

Pros: It was a great location to be up on hill and lovely walks into the town.

Cons: We had a chair at desk in room that didn’t allow room if we wanted to sit at? One of roller blinds was oversized for the window, therefore tricky to open and shut.

Cons: We did see someone walking a dog on the front of the hotel I was aware dogs aren’t allowed anywhere at tregenna!.?

Pros: Area is loverly. We stayed pre covid times. The worst weather during storm, damaged building and trees, however, the staff were excellent and informative.

Cons: Pool and other facilities out. The room to hot and cant control, however during the storm it was to dangerous to open windows.

Comfortable, safe, friendly, with barely any internet.

Pros: I love that it’s so close, and was a safer option than staying home in my apartment just across the water in Hayle, during the storm.

Cons: The broadband really is terrible. It has been for years. It’s a shame as it really lets the place down.
