Pros: Good amount of kitchen storage space and utensils. Central location in Helston. Door code access meant no time pressure for arrival.

Cons: Bed was a bit on the small side. Very steep stairs, carrying heavy suitcase up and down was difficult.

Pros: Spacious clean lovely town would happily live here

Cons: Stairs were very steep didn't really bother us but may be a problem with people who have mobility issues

Comfortable base to go out and explore from and return to rest up and do it all again the next day.

Pros: A clean, well equipped and modern flat superbly located for us as we were visiting somebody who lives in Helston and meant easy to meet up and go our separate ways at the end of the day. Aside from that made a great location to strike out from in it's own right, from a plethora of really good pubs on the doorstep to jumping on the bus to Porthleven, Praa Sands and Falmouth.

Cons: Pretty well happy with our stay but if we had to pick something (and being really picky) the front door from the street didn't close on it's own to a fully locked state. We didn't struggle with either pushing or pulling the door to but the residents in the adjacent flat did....

Fab place to stay In Cornwall, would definitely visit again

Pros: Fantastic location which was a close proximity to all places/attractions I had planned to visit.

Pros: Good location fairly quiet.Comfy beds very clean.Everything you need in the apartment. Would recommend.

Cons: The outlook outside the bedroom and lounge windows wasn't the best .But as a base for visiting resorts etc was good. Think the mattresses and pillows need protectors.

Pros: it was beautiful, clean and the owners went all out with little added extras.. slippers, toiletries and so much more

Cons: noise from the club on a Friday night and people ringing the door buzzer at 2 in the morning 🤦‍♀️ no parking. we parked in the car park and someone must have hit it and didn’t leave their insurance details

A fabulous apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: The location was excellent 100m from the bus stop so we could get to the start of all our walks. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Cons: We could not find fault with anything.

Super zentral und praktisch!

Pros: Zentrale Lage, viel Platz, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle, hohe Räume, viel Tageslicht

Cons: Abends jeweils Lärm von den umliegenden Pubs und morgens Möven- und Gänsegeschrei. Auch die Nachbarn hat man jeweils gehört. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht was anderes suchen. Für mich hat es aber gut gepasst und würde es wieder buchen.

Pros: La ubicación, la comodidad de las instalaciones, sencilla pero muy cómoda y práctica., no se necesita más.

Cons: No es un problema de la propiedad, pero el tema del aparcamiento es serio, complicado y a veces caro.
