Your luxurious and secluded retreat in Cornwall

Pros: Owner was responsive by email. Had a hot water problem, and needed to find a switch.

Cons: The place was a little hard to as GPS took us a street below. Has a pj g very narrow driveway. But quaint.

Great stay, we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely bear this place in mind for future.

Pros: Lovely apartment and easily accessible. Quiet location but not far from town. Comfy beds and brilliantly equipped with all we needed. Lots of towels, toilet roll, washing up equipment etc. Host was fantastic too.

Helston is a beautiful town worth exploring too. Great central location for days out.

Pros: Comfy sofas and beds. Very clean. Decorated beautifully.

Cons: Only downside is the sound proofing, no noisy neighbours but could hear flat above. I have a big Jeep so parking a little tight but doable.

We had a very enjoyable stay and could have happily stayed longer.

Pros: The property was airy spacious and clean. In a lovely location.

Cons: Bathroom was a little tired, but it did not ruin the stay in anyway.

Pros: I arrived in the dark which as with any new place made finding it tricky. I phoned the owner who was super helpful. The flat was warm and welcoming. It was clean, well equipped and spacious. I’m so glad I’ve found a place that I would happily stay at again.

Cons: I had not received information prior to arriving on location and accessing the building. I should have checked this sooner. When I did contact the owner he was very helpful.

Pros: Very modern & tastefully furnished, really clean.

Cons: Electric heating pre set & locked to temperature & timings. Cold wet weather meant the apartment struggled to get warm. There are some noticeable areas of water marks from leaks & damp which need attention. It is an old mill so this is understandable but to keep the look & standard of tue property refurbishment this does need attention. The kitchen draw with utensils needs repairing as comes off runners if fully opened. Bath panels needs resetting & resealing.

Excellent location and value for money

Pros: The property was very modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and overall it was peaceful.

Good for a short stay., very affordable.

Pros: You get the whole flat which has been decorated to a good standard, a very quiet area, if a bit out of the way. The host’s communication was good and we were informed of everything we needed to know via texts from the host.

Cons: This was a rental home so some defects visible here and there as you’d expect but nothing to moan about, the place was clean. Getting the car up and along the small road to the property could be very tricky if you have a 4x4 or a larger car.

Pros: Quiet location, but near to facilities. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Access road difficult to manouvre.
