Pros: It was spacious, cosy and comfortable, well-equipped and stylish. Excellent communication from our host.

Cons: There was door from the stairs to the apartment - I wasn’t expecting this and it a bit tricky with young kids, esp sleeping in this room. Also a 10am check out for a one night/short stay felt a bit mean.

Brilliant stay in a very high quality and modern holiday accommodation.

Pros: The property is excellent! It is very modern, has high quality furniture and all fixtures and fittings are superb. It is spotlessly clean, easy to access, has everything you need and has spares of many essential items should you forget any toiletries etc., which is very thoughtful.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, the only issue for people to be aware of in case they do not know St Ives very well, is that it is quite a long walk to the beaches and available car parking is not always easy to find during the height of the summer season.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. The photos don't really do it justice - it is very spacious. The balcony and parking are an added bonus. Great communication from the owner.

Pros: - spacious appartement, very nice and modern interior, couldn't miss the lighhouse theme;-) - comfy beds - suitable for a family of 3 to 4 - very clean - walking distance into town (20-25') - easy communication with the host (though we didn't meet anybody in person)

Cons: - We'd suggest to provide a toilet brush (or we didn't find it...) - you cannot fully darken the room (especially when you sleep on the sofa), it was very windy and the light from the motion detector outside kept getting on and off all the time.
