Spacious flat St Ives former farmhouse

Pros: Hannah was very helpful, coming out to show me the way in to the property. Lovely clean comfortable flat. Very nice touches of flowers and some thoughtful basic food necessities available and much appreciated.

Cons: The distance from the main town up a long steep hill. I got the impression from the photos that there was another bedroom, as originally I was going to bring 3 family members (an adult and 2 children). There is really only one very large double bed and then a couch which I assume turns into a bed(s). However there is certainly a lot of space.

Great, would defiantly stay again.

Pros: Beautifully presented, lovely and clean and bed was super comfy. Just a short walk down to the town, took us about 15mins. Taxis and buses at the bottom of the hill if you don't fancy the walk back up.

Pros: Everything was great and we had a great stay. The property was very cosy, well maintained and super clean. Our host Hannah was very friendly. One of the reasons why we chose this property was the reviews saying that it was very clean, and we were very happy to find that it was indeed the case. We really value this as it makes the stay much more comfortable. It was also located on a very quiet road, we could now hear a single noise during the night.

Cons: Nothing to point out.

Amazing house with a wonderful host

Pros: Hannah is an absolute angel, and the house feels like home, with a beautiful garden, thoughtful interior, all the necessary equipment

Cons: 20 min walking to St Ives and the road is quite steep

Stylish accommodation with parking and garden.

Pros: Light airy spotlessly clean accommodation. Host Hannah very welcoming. Welcome pack including milk, chocolate biscuits and fruit appreciated (as well as tea,coffee,sugar). Super king bed extremely comfortable. Quirky shaped bedroom means no headboard possible on bed. Parking is right outside your front door which is always a big plus in St. Ives, additionally you don’t have to negotiate narrow streets if you’re heading off to other locations. The garden is a delight.

Cons: Location is fine when you’re walking down to town and/beaches but it’s uphill all the way back. An additional comfy chair in the main room would be useful (Ikea Poang would work with the lovely decor).

Beautiful flat in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location, short walk down the hill into town. Very good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful shared garden. Parking was a bonus! Communication and instructions from Hannah were great. Would highly recommend.

A Gem in St Ives

Pros: A superb gem, so clean and well equipped everything we needed, very comfortable and cosy, owners realise welcoming nice touches fresh flowers fruit and essentials, lovely garden and great location 15mins from town and parking too.

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect 🥰

Very enjoyable stay although thought it was a little expensive given the location.

Pros: Spacious, very well equipped, nice garden, large comfortable bed.

Cons: Distance to town a bit more than half a mile up and down a hill. Had to revert to taxis.

Pros: Lovely hosts, had coffee, tea,milk and biscuits for us which was a lovely touch. The location is fab to get into town and back. Parking was a huge benefit and there was a lovely shared garden with table and chairs to sit in the sun. Would definitely recommend.
