Beach House Apartment 1 - St. Ives harbour front apartment with stunning views

Pros: Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Excellent location and views. Whole process ran smoothly, no issues. Have stayed at many places in St Ives this was by far the nicest, highly recommend

Great stay for a short break

Pros: Fantastic location and a bonus that we had parking about a 6 minute walk away. The apartment was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Stress free holiday base with sea view balcony for young family

Pros: We’ve got a preschooler so this property is perfectly located meaning less stress looking for parking/restaurants/activities as everything is right at the doorstep, and that we can travel super light to/from some of the best beaches St Ives has to offer. One of the TV was broken during our stay so informed the host who responded almost immediately offering solutions. We didn’t need it fixed in the end as we were too busy exploring and having fun outdoor, but it was really reassuring

Cons: The 10am checkout time, even just an extra hour at 11am makes so much difference to a short break. Especially when you can only gain access at 4pm.

Pros: The location was fantastic, well equipped, and very comfortable.

Cons: We found some small things that needed maintenance, like the toilet roll holder in the small bathroom wasn't fixed to the wall and fell off when you tried to use it and some loose fittings.

Perfect position at St Ives

Pros: Amazing location! Beautifully redecorated while still retaining the unique age of the apartment. Very well thought out, with attention to detail.

Pros: An amazing location. Excellent views, near all the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Accommodation nicely decorated with all necessary facilities Allocated parking about a 5 minute walk so need to unload/ load at property/ move the car.

Pros: It was hard to find the exact location of the apartment and key lock box.. a little research is worth while to make sure you know exactly where the apartment is!

Cons: driving in the close area and parking is inconvenient, but this is not a criticism of the place or property - just a fact to note when driving - there are lots of narrow single roads and one way systems to navigate.. don't take a big car or trust sat nav!!
