Stunning location in St Ives

Pros: Location is amazing, larger rooms than expected too. Comfy beds, great bathroom with very modern feel to it.

Cons: Small shared balcony but still used it and was great, noise from upstairs but didn’t disturb us too much. Same with early mornings/ late nights outside, to be expected and worth it for the location in the harbour

Pros: The location is amazing, the view from the window and balcony is beautiful. It is close to the city centre and all the restaurants. The accommodation is lovely and clean. Our dog felt comfortable. And the whole process from booking was efficient. The parking arrangement was really helpful

Cons: We didn't originally realize that there was no kitchen, but that was not a big deal. The reviews gave some good pointers about the noise on the beach front, so we slept in the other room which was peaceful and quiet. My only really minor comment is that all the coffee pods were decaf.

We had a lovely couple of days staying in the apartment

Pros: There is an amazing view from the apartment, which was enjoyed by us all. Nice and clean and very comfortable. Lovely as a base to explore St Ives also with an allocated parking space which was great. Handy to have iron, ironing board, hairdryer and hoover. Plentiful supply of coffee and tea. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: There was a lot of noise from upstairs and also from about 6 am from other apartments and outside. The veranda is not very private. Difficult to wash cups etc. I know the green light above the doors has to be there but they are very bright at night. These are all minor moans as we did enjoy our stay.

Pros: The location was beautiful with stunning views. Literally across the road from the beach. The beds were very comfortable. bathroom was very nice. The parking pass was very handy. We were able to unload and load the car right outside the apartment. There was noise from the main street below but we knew this when we booked it and expected it. So not a major problem.

Cons: We knew there was no kitchen when we booked but we were disappointed there was no toaster or microwave to at least cook occasional toast or ready meals, as food is very expensive there. Just a note to say the table was very unstable and wobbly.

Pros: Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, great facilities including fridge, coffee/tea, and an awesome shower. Parking space was only a short walk away, and such a bonus in busy St Ives. A small shared balcony, but that wasn't at all an issue, there was enough room for a chair and a cuppa to look out over the harbour in the early morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation and central location

Pros: The apartment was excellent, spacious and clean, the two bedrooms were great and both had TV’s with Netflix included. Coffee and tea was provided, with a mini fridge included. Shower was great. The location is very central with bars and restaurants all around. There is a balcony but it was really small.

Cons: The location is central and on harbour front so a lot of noise from the street. We were in suite 2 and could hear people walking upstairs, this was a big negative. We were lucky that we went when a bit quieter, in busier times the noise would be a real nuisance. The accommodation was great but noise let it down. If you want it a bit quieter than this place is not for you.

Perfect location, spotless property, everything we needed - A lovely stay

Pros: Perfect location, spotless apartment. Tea/Coffee facilities were a lovely touch. Comfy beds and plenty of space for a family of 4 and our dog. The balcony was great to have a morning coffee enjoying the view of the harbour. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Thank you.

Cons: Nothing not to like, it ticked all the boxes for our family. Being on the front and above a bar, it is noisy at night which didn’t bother us (we quite liked listening to the hustle and bustle) our children were in the back room and didn’t hear a thing.

Perfect stay in St Ives.

Pros: Perfect location- right on the front. Wonderful view. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Lots of coffee pods for the coffee machine and had a kettle and glasses. Very modern shower.

Absolutely amazing, best time we had , took Mrs mother as a surprise and she loved it

A Little Gem

Pros: This was a Cornish gem for me I found at the last minute. Perfect location, looking out over the harbour was idyllic. Sitting with a coffee in the window seat early morning watching the harbour come alive. Well thought out, decorated nicely, bed was home from home. Spotlessly clean. You had everything you needed for the perfect stay. Not to mention an amazing shower. We will be coming back very soon. A perfect 10

Cons: My only issue was I couldn't stay longer
