Hepworth Apartment

A beautiful apartment. Ideally located if you are mobile.

Pros: It proved difficult to find the property and the key lock box wasn't easy to access, had to get on hands and knees to access it - lots of building equipment restricting access.

Cons: Clearer directions on finding the property. We had to walk around and ask local neighbours, even though they knew we were in the vicinity they didn't realise the big white house was the one we needed.

Exceptional loved it

Pros: We had a problem getting into the property the wrong key code was given then it took ages to get through to someone who could help us,once we got the correct code all went smooth

Cons: Everything about the apartment especially the personal touches fresh roses in bedroom and living area tea,coffee,milk,crisp and also toilet roll dish washer tablets and more and the view was stunning thank you so much

Brilliant stay

Pros: Location is excellent, so convenient for everything. The apartment is well furnished and spotlessly clean. Little touches like milk in the fridge on arrival and all the cleaning and household things you could need are fab. Having a washer dryer is a big advantage. Shower is great. Loads of storage for longer stays. Tucked away enough to be quiet, even at weekends. Fore street 2 mins, porthmeor 5 mins. Most of all, the view is really quite special.

Cons: Only small criticism is that the directions using the location on booking.com lead to the terrace above, but we soon found it anyway! Can't recommend the place enough. Intend to book again for next year.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic 1 bedroom apartment in an excellent location in St Ives! Apt was very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped! Not one thing to complain about!! Will definitely stay here again!!

A great find!

Pros: A comfortable apartment. Great facilities. Warm and cosy. Our gift of a tote bag was very welcome.We. used it for fetching the shopping.very grateful for tea, sugar. Sauces etc.

Cons: On a slight hill. Hubby struggled walking due to health issues. No problems otherwise. The apartment. is worth the 4 stars.

Wonderful St Ives Apartment

Pros: Superb location, wonderful apartment with everything needed and amazing views. Plus great parking. So good we booked again whilst still on our break and we can't wait to return 👍

Pros: It’s in a great location for the beach and great views of the harbour, the island and the beach. Easy route to the beach, 3 min walk to porthmeor beach and easy route into town too. Spacious for a couple. Fantastic there’s a parking space included not too far away.

Cons: Slight damp smell in the bathroom and a little in the bedroom- perhaps due to vacuum cleaner or carpet being old. Wasn’t a full size kitchen bin just waste paper basket and no soap provided to wash hands.

A great launch pad for exploring St Ives

Pros: Location is perfect (as long as you don't mind a bit of a hill), and the view is great. When I had to interact with the management company they were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Apartment feels a bit basic and cheap. There's also no recycling, which seems odd in 2023, especially as the neighbours had it.
