Stylish Two Bedroom Cottage - In Town Centre

Pros: Nice fluffy clean towels ( important) comfy beds.. Extra loo roll / nice local hand wash .. welcome wine / milk / tea coffee all appreciated .. nicely decorated

Cons: Nothing to do with the property… But parking was a nightmare… had to park out of town and bus in … but it’s ok just don’t bring big cases !!!

Perfect location, cottage and hosts - will definitely look to stay here again when we visit St. Ives

Pros: The location was second to none - right in the middle of the village, less than 1 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants. The cottage was superb, beautifully presented light & airy - it's on the small side but plenty of space for the 4 adults in our party. There were some lovely touches from the soap & towels in the bathroom to the milk, coffee & tea provided, and not forgetting a lovely chilled bottle of wine waiting on arrival. Communication with the hosts was excellent all the way through - absolutely top class!

Cons: The car parking is a little challenging - our hosts gave 4 recommendations which was really helpful but just be aware that the streets are narrow and if you arrive in the middle of the afternoon they will be packed full of visitors. We parked in the leisure centre car park at the top of the village and walked down - it took about 10 minutes which was fine. Top tip is to get a taxi back up to the car at the end of the stay otherwise it's all uphill with some challenging stairs!

Brilliant small cottage right in the centre of St. Ives

Pros: The cottage is very comfortable and is decorated in a clean, modern style and is well equipped. It is very peaceful, which is amazing considering its very central location. We loved our whole stay.

Cons: The steps up to the front door are a bit steep and narrow which might be an issue for someone with restricted mobility but the internal staircase is fine. Parking nearby might be an issue, but we travelled by train and it's an easy walk from the station.

Pros: The property was very clean, tidy and welcoming.. Comfy beds and friendly notes and tips etc. The position of the cottage was exceptional just a short walk to the shops and harbour.. A lovely bottle of wine too...

Cons: Perhaps a carton of milk might be nice as we had to go out to the shops to purchase some..

Pros: Lovely and clean, nicely decorated and perfectly located

Cons: Didn’t take into account the steep steps up to entrance which was hard work with two prams/ quite dangerous and slippery when it’s raining. Also had little sleep due to the terribly noisy seagulls! (Appreciate both these issues are by no means the owners fault but something to be aware of if booking!)

Beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: Situated in a fantastic location, just off Fore Street. Exceptionally quiet but on top of everything. Beaches are stunning.

Cons: Would maybe benefit from a blind on the front door for privacy and a microwave in the kitchen but overall the property is perfect
