Pros: Apartment was in a fantastic location! Absolutely loved being on the harbour front and sitting on the balcony in the sunshine. My only criticism would be the front door, it’s very loud and awkward to open and close so going out early with dogs I was worried about waking people up and the same with people coming back late it’s shuts with quite a bang! Other than that it was perfect.

Cons: Just need to put on shower instructions to switch on other wall has we didn't know that and thought shower didn't work .

Excellent location, 2 bed apartment

Pros: Location is excellent and absolutely perfect for watching the new year celebrations. Over looking the harbour is beautiful.

Cons: Be wary of the balcony of you are planning on staying with young children as the height of the wall is quite low. The door to the balcony is lockable.

Pros: Beautiful location within st ives harbour I think £300 for 2 day as no kitchen would have been more appropriate

Great service all round.

Pros: The state-of-the-art bathroom. Unbeatable location. Generally comfortable. But above all, the service: everything worked, the car park arrangements were as good as you can get in a non-car town like St Ives. In particular, their kindness in promptly sending a computer charger I left behind was hugely appreciated.

Cons: I marked them down on price, but that's not a criticism or complaint. That's what you expect to pay for a prime location in the holiday season. There's a lot of competition. Yes there's not a lot of room, but if you convert characterful fishermen's houses, that's what you get. Still not a criticism.

Pros: Mooi gerenoveerd appartement met geweldig uitzicht.

Cons: Check-in vanaf 16u en check-out voor 10u maakt dat je behoorlijk veel betaalt voor een vrij kort verblijf. Je beschikt over een gereserveerde parkeerplaats, die ik te voet vrij makkelijk vond maar nadien met de wagen niet meer. Je hebt maar één sleutel, dus daar ben je met z'n allen ook afhankelijk van. Een toegangscode of een tweede sleutel zou beter zijn.

Beautiful coastal town with an amazing place to stay.

Pros: The location was perfect with amazing views of the harbor from the balcony. It was easy to find, only 10 minute walk from the train station. Its location made access to all beaches within 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants and boutique shops within minutes of the apartment for souvenirs.

Cons: Nothing, we had great communication with the people that run the apartments. Clear instructions on where to find the place and the keys. We couldn't ask for more :)

Pros: The location is amazing, with shops, bars, restaurants and the beach right outside the door. We had to request a second key and more shampoo and shower gel (4 adults sharing the apartment and only one key and one tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel provided originally, but someone dropped it off immediately). Very prompt service.

Love the location and view

Pros: Location is right in town. Steps away from beach/water/shops and restaurants.

Cons: Because of the location, right in town it was noisy late, then noisy early in the morning as garbage trucks,delivery ect start at 6am. You may have to drive around a bit to unload and load car, there is a loading area, but delivery trucks were using it. Not fault of the owners!
