The perfect apartment for views, comfort, and accessibility to rest, relaxation and the energy of St Ives
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Alfred Wallis. The location is sublime, beautiful views, five min walk down the hill into the village, but on a quiet lane and easy to escape the busy streets. The property is extremely well maintained. This top floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfect. The bedrooms are so comfortable, the bathrooms feel new and so very clean. The best views you could ask for. Comfy sofa, extremely well appointed kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. We’ve never stayed in a cleaner rented apartment, well done to the team maintaining - you’ve set an incredibly high bar.

Fabulous location and views
Pros: Views were exceptional but at a cost of climbing steps/slopes. Very close to everything, superb restaurants (Cintra Fish Restaurant, Porthmeor Beach Cafe and Ardor) all great.
Cons: Bit old and unfit for the climbing!

Fabulous views
Pros: Fabulous views and just a short walk to the beach or harbour, shops and restaurants. Two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Great beaches.

Lovely place, but you need good mobility and fitness to stay here
Pros: Lovely views, close to amenities. Really well equipped and clean.
Cons: The steepness of the hill’s walking back to it from beach & town! The bedrooms were not easy to move around in, especially the the tall men in our party, because of the way the ceilings sloped.

Cons: It’s still hugely expensive - I dot think you can call it ‘value for money’…very much a luxury for us. Loved it

Pros: Ein toller Blick über St. Ives und kurze Wege zu allen interessanten Punkten.
Cons: Es war alles ein bisschen eng und der Balkon war gesperrt. Die Weitwinkelphotos geben ein falsches Bild.
