Fantastic views, lovely apartment

Pros: The views from the front are amazing, you can see so much! The apartment is lovely, the photos don't do it justice. It's spacious, clean, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. The location is great too, just a short walk down the street to the harbour. The free parking an 8 min walk away was very useful. We loved it and can't wait to return.

Cons: The nearest safe drop off point is at the top of a short but very steep road. Its worth paying to park in the nearby car park for an hour on arrival/departure so that you can unload/load and tackle the hill at leisure.

Pros: views outstanding, very clean. well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water, rooms nice and warm owner was very helpful and welcoming

Cons: no parking at the property, had to walk seven minutes to car space located on a steep hill could not get terrestrial TV lounge table leg broken

Pros: Wonderful views, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Please can you fill the salt and pepper shakers? I think the cost is too expensive in comparison with other accommodation of similar standard.

Pros: A comfy home from home. Had everything that anyone could need. We ate out mostly but we could have stayed in and cooked as very well equipped. Water pressure very good and the water is lovely and soft. The view is out of this World. We got the taxi to drop us at Barnoon car park and pick us up at the same place as easier for the taxi driver, we travelled to St Ives on the train.

Cons: It’s halfway up an hill and halfway down an hill, so a steep walk. We would still stay there again.

Excellent views over all of St Ives but need to be prepared for the hike up from the beach and shops

Pros: The views across both main beaches of St Ives were wonderful.

Cons: The heating was not turned on when we arrived, and we had to contact the agents to get it sorted. The ceiling adjacent to the front windows leaked from the apartment above. That apartment above was also looked after by the same agents and they had workmen refurbishing it which is where the rainwater had entered and leaked through the floor there and through the ceiling of our apartment. Not the property's fault but it is one devil of a walk up the hill back from the beach, shops and restaurants!

Outstanding views and accommodation.

Pros: Absolutely stunning place. The views are exceptional. Apartment was very clean and all facilities were thought about. Fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located for all the cafes, restaurants and bakery each morning. I would definitely stay again if we come back. I especially liked the pint of milk, apple juice, biscuits and chocs on arrival after travelling over 5 hours.

Cons: Not a complaint but I do think it should be made clear the parking is not by the property before booking. Some people would really struggle with suitcases on those hills. Once we realised one of us got the car while the other took the suitcases to the car park at the top of the road so on leaving it was a bit easier than arrival.

Wunderschöne authentische Küstenstadt

Pros: Vom Wohnzimmer und Elternschlafzimmer Blick auf Hafen und Strand, hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Ort an sich.

Cons: Mehr Haken/überhaupt Haken in den Bädern für die schönen zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher. Sicher feuchtigkeitsbedingt schwer oder auch gar nicht zu öffnende Fenster und Türen. Mülltonne 7 min Fußweg, wie auch der Parkplatz - aber zumindest gab es einen, in diesem Ort schon sehr viel wert!

Pros: wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sicht ist sensationell. Die Betten sind bequem. Man kann fast alles in St. Ives zu Fuss erreichen

Cons: Der Parkplatz ist extrem weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Vis a vis wird gebaut und manchmal ist es bereits um 07.00 h sehr laut. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und innerhalb des Hauses führt eine steile Treppe zur Wohnung. Die Wegbeschreibung ist sehr schlecht, wir mussten mehrere Einheimische nach den Weg fragen, sogar sie hatten Probleme. Auch die Abfalleimer haben wir, trotz Beschreibung nicht gefunden.
