Coswarth House with breakfast at Rick Stein's

Comfortable, great location with thoughtful extras.

Pros: Lovely quiet location a short stroll from the village. Mark was a fabulous host who went over and above for us - when my husband needed to do a long work meeting online he arranged for us to access the room much earlier than the usual check in time. Everything we needed was available and more including a cafetière and fresh milk and a lovely big bath. We were at a wedding and it was a lovely room with lots of mirrors and room to get ready. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Mark was a really helpful knowledgeable host, he wanted to ensure we got the most out of our stay. The room was super comfortable; lovely sheets and fluffy towels! Breakfast at St Petroc's was delicious.

A peaceful luxurious stay in a beautiful place

Pros: We loved our stay at Cosworth house which is a beautiful Georgian property. Our room was spacious with lovely furniture and a very comfortable bed with a view of the estuary. Very good facilities and a lovely bathroom with a free standing bath. Very comfortable aand peaceful. Mark the owner was helpful and attentive. Breakfast at St Petroc's was excellent.

Outstanding accommodation, one of the best.

Pros: Beautifully appointed room with an incredibly comfortable bed and luxury linen. Outstanding bathroom with excellent water pressure, fabulous towels, hairdryer and wonderful toiletries. Excellent communication with the host, who was very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Very short walk to Padstow Harbour, restaurants and shops.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Padstow - Mark was great, warm and welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was stylish and well stocked with toiletries. The garden was a lovely place to sit in and breakfast at Rick Stein's was delicious. The property is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to the harbour and great restaurants.

Pros: Great location. Easy to walk into Padstow although it is uphill to come back Mark was attentive - but in the background rather than “in your face” On top of that, he used his contacts to get us into Rick Stein’ Seafood Restaurant when we had failed

Excellent service from Mark and breakfast at the Bistro

Pros: We had breakfast in the Bistro. The food, service and room was perfect.

Lovely little B&B in the perfect location

Pros: Mark, the host, couldn't do enough to help us. Whether he was helping us book taxis or making recommendations of where to go, we couldn't ask for more of him! The room was lovely and clean, and the addition of the roll-top bath went down really well too. Very well located, quiet enough out of the way of all the visiting tourists, whilst only being a 2-minute walk into the hustle and bustle

Cons: It was pretty much a perfect stay. The slight downside was the breakfast that's included down the road at a separate location. On more than one occasion, we were seated and then subsequently forgotten about, and the full English was overdone, too. Having said that, it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Lovely room in a great location in Padstow.

Pros: The location is perfect for walking into Padstow, the bed and bedding are super comfy, the shower pressure is great and Mark, the owner, is very helpful, friendly and easy to contact.

Cons: A minor thing considering the rest of the bathroom is lovely but the washbasin is very small and awkward to use (we stayed in the Veranda room).
