Ideal place to stay

Pros: Our host Karen was friendly with great recommendations for places to see and eat and the location was very handy to the main shopping precinct. We had the garden room which while compact was comfortable and well appointed. It didn't have an ensuite but the shower room next door (literally) on the landing was for our own private use and was large and well presented. Breakfast included with our booking was continental with a good choice of cereal or fresh cooked porridge, toast, croissant etc. The fresh fruit salad was excellent! Would definitely recommend a stay.

A relaxing long weekend in a beautiful area.

Pros: The owner, Karen, was so welcoming and approachable. We had everything we could need and breakfast was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. It was also within walking distance of everything in Padstow. We enjoyed it so much that we will be going back next summer.

Would certainly return.

Pros: The host, accommodation and location were great. Plenty of local information shared as well as the host helping with restaurant bookings etc. A great stay.

Pros: Karen was an amazing host. There are two rooms for guests. Our room was spotless as was the house. The bathroom was a bit small but that’s a minor consideration. There is parking at back of house. It is just a couple of minutes walk into Padstow which is a lovely small town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Karen couldn’t have been more helpful. The chocolate left each day was an unexpected treat.

Very hospitable host, and so convenient for Padstow and environs

Pros: Excellent breakfast, host very attentive to my needs. Great to have free parking in the middle of Padstow. Lovely garden views at front of the Camel estuary. Easy walk into Padstow town centre- less than 10 minutes downhill into town! It was very easy to drive to the camp site at Harlyn where my sister was staying.

Cons: Parking at back of property was a little inaccessible. Shame that private bathroom was not en-suite, but otherwise it was well appointed

Comfortable stay in tbe heart of Padstow

Pros: Karen gave us a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional high standards of cleanliness, comfortable bed and parking so only a short walk to the town made for a relaxing stay. The continental breakfast was filling and varied . Next time I will be booking direct to get the cooked breakfast option which wasn’t available with this offer.
