Five nights at the White Heron

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the White Heron, from the friendly welcome we received when we arrived everything was excellent. The room was a nice size and comfortable, breakfast was great and the whole of the guest house was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room to park the car. There were shutters on the bedroom windows which gave you the option of having the bedroom in complete blackout or you could let as much light in as you wanted, also they surpressed the noise from the traffic.

Cons: There was nothing to be unhappy about 🙂

Pros: everything you would want for a very nice breakfast to start the day. A very pleasant atmosphere. everyone was very helpful. we would highly recommend this B&B.

Cons: At home, we have a king-size bed, and it was a bit snug getting into a double, but we got used to it . . It was very comfortable.

Great stay in fantastic surroundings!

Pros: I promise you, you will be taken good care of at this B&B. Super clean, nice room and building, good - no, very good! - breakfast made by two very nice hosts. The room and the bathroom were fine, even though the power in the shower in England is as it is. Oh, and yes, we could hear some cars outside, but it was mainly quiet in the late evening and night. We slept well. Perhaps one could wish to stay a bit closer to the beach, but again: No. This was fine!

Cons: What I didn't like? I think I'll have to pass on this one.

Pros: The hospitality.of the hosts. The room and facilities were clean and lovely. Lovely breakfast as well

Cons: Nothing really except the closest Chinese restaurant was about 35 minutes away. 😁

a lovely place to stay: felt welcome, able to come and go at any time and very well treated.

Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Especially loved the imaginative and delicious fresh fruits/ berries

Cons: It was all great: it's just that I prefer a bath to a shower. But the shower was a very good

Pros: Polzeath is a beautiful place to stay Paul and Margaret are the best hosts, lovely people that enjoy meeting new guests. We will be back next year from Australia

Surprisingly good all round, clean, hospitable, with great location.
