Pros: Free parking, location to town and restaurants, breakfast area and breakfast options, also good choice of breakfast buffet which was included. Room nice, comfy bed. Staff very friendly.

Cons: The only thing was the carpet in the room didn't looked hoovered (sock fluff and debris) sadly that let it down, everything else great.

We'll be back. Ideally situated for central Truro and shops: staff really good and friendly.

Pros: Really good breakfast (not cooked) in the price. Ideal location: middle of a small cathedral city. Cathedral and shops just round the corner. Lots of good eating places in town, although the evening food in the hotel was excellent too. Having their own behind-gates parking is a big plus. You can be virtually anywhere in Cornwall in 30-40 mins from there. Highly recommended.

Cons: Room a bit small, but then it is a grade 2 listed building. No lift, but we did know that when booking.
