Penny's Place

Wonderful

Pros: It was very different to places i had stayed before, i had a room in Pennys house and sharedthe rest of the house. The room had a lock on it. Penny was lovely and so friendly, the house is very close to Tesco which made obtaining supplies simple, it was a pleasant walk to St Ives via the coastal path. The road the house is on is peaceful and i found the bed very comfy. I would stay again

Pros: Friendly, and welcoming - clean and ideal for simple overnight accommodation I wanted. All as well described.

Penny's Home from Home

Pros: Location great for transport links. Excellent views over Carbis Bay. Comfortable room upstairs with seperate bathroom. No TV and full WiFi. Given the use of kitchen and had parking throughout stay. Knowledgeable and friendly host made to feel at home in her home.

Pros: It's a cosy and calm place to stay, close to the sea shore and other cities around. Penny is a very warm host, caring about her guests.

Cons: The place is situated in the top point of the city, need to be prepared for hiking up. More comfortable for car travellers.

A home away from home

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Penny’s place in Cornwall! Everything was good – the space was well organised, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved being able to walk to Carbis Bay beach or to St Ives, which made the location even more special. Penny was always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell she really cares about her guests. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Penny is a genuine, unique and super friendly host. Her house and my room super cosy and comfortable

Pros: Amazing location very close to the main bus and train stations and behind the Tesco superstore. Only 20 minutes walk down to St Ives Great, super friendly host ....Penny provided with a lovely smile and a full detailed description of the house facility Prior to my arrival Penny asked me what I would have preferred for breakfast The house is lovely, cosy and my room was full of the colours of the sea I highly recommend Penny's place if you would like to experience a friendly atmosphere ....Penny is a special soul and looking forward to keeping in touch with her

Pros: Nicely situated. Nice walk to St Ives . Penny is really friendly and was always offering a cup of tea.

Pros: Penny's place ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit Bus oder Zug kommt man bequem in die Stadt. Zu Fuss ist der Coastpfad sehr schön.
