A lovely stay

Pros: John and Linda were perfect hosts. Helpful, friendly and super welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and the veggie option was perfect. The room was warm and extremely clean. Great location for the coast and easy access into St Ives.

Unfortunately we experienced terrible weather but the guesthouse was lovely and in a good location.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. There were 2 time slots 8.30 and 9am. We would have preferred the later slot but they were already taken.

Cons: The guesthouse is located on a busy road which could be a pain if you needed to move your car a lot as it was tricky to pull out of the parking space due to it being on a slight bend. We left the car and caught the bus which was fine.

Very nice place, providing a good breakfast, and a very clean room.

Pros: Good choice at breakfast time and cooked perfectly. Made to feel very welcome on arrival, and was allowed an early check in. Was given helpful information about the area.

Pros: The hosts John and Linda were very nice and sweet, welcoming and very helpful. Would love to book the same one if I go to St. Ives, Cornwall again. 100% recommended 👍👍 Cleanliness, service, breakfast everything was just perfect!
