Amazing new year

Pros: Location style and cleanliness. Had everything you would need highly recommend and would definitely return

Cons: Nothing to dislike but initially had trouble finding it as arrived after dark and out side sign not lite up and a bigger fridge with freezer to freeze out ice pack for return journey

Really enjoyed our stay which was over the New Year period. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location for the centre of the town. Beautifully and thoughtfully converted building with loads of character. Fantastic lighting!

Lovely weekend break

Pros: Characterful but modern feel. Small touches such as tea/coffee/ biscuits and plates and cutlery available. Emma was kind and attentive. Very close to harbour and beach.

Pros: Centrally located with cafes, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Very nice room, airy and personally decorated. Clean and well equipped - there is everything you could possibly need during your stay. Big thanks to Emma, ​​the nice and helpful host who let me check out a little later to better suit my train departure. Highly recommended - I would stay here again if I come back. 😊

Pros: The location of the property was excellent. It had been furnished and equipped very thoughtfully, making it a delightful place to stay.

Pros: Lovely property with great features, everything you need is thought of and amazing power shower! Great location right in the centre. Emma was a great host everything was communicated ahead of time and some great recommendations for restaurants, cafes etc in the info folder. Would recommend!

Cons: It is central so can be a little noisy at night, the nature of the area and not a problem for us but maybe for others

Perfect for a couple staying in St Ives for a few days.

Pros: Great flat tucked away in the heart of St Ives, ideal for a couple. Had all the amenities we needed and was decorated nicely a real home from home.

Had an amazing time with the perfect accommodation.

Pros: The location was excellent, you are literally less than 5min away from anything you want. Massive plus for us. I loved the character of the building/apartment, I would genuinely see myself living there for life. Loved everythinf about it. Once you're in, you'll know what I'm talking about. Communication with the landlord was great. Plenty of details provided before our trip and they answered all of our questions. Bear in mind that there is no parking however you can pull up to unload and load stuff.

Cons: The only negative can be the noise at night but that didn't bother us enough to write more about it.
