A real life-saver after a potentially disastrous stay in St Ives

Pros: No breakfast was provided but very good tea and coffee facilities with free top-ups including good quality biscuits. Tbe room was good and central and was quiet and tadtfully decorated.

Cons: I couldn’t watch TV. It seemed just Netflix was available but perhaps I should have asked.

The best private room for a quick getaway from London.

Pros: The property is situated in an excellent location, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and the harbour. It’s also only a five-minute walk from the main beaches in St Ives. Ken was very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for the best places to visit and eat!

Pros: Ken was accommodating, the room was clean and had everything you needed. The guest house was located extremely close to the harbour and we managed to find parking close. I highly recommend to stay at this guest house.

Cons: The mattress was hard.

A little gem

Pros: This is my 2nd time staying here and it's fantastic, Ken who runs the place is lovely, we had a 6 hour drive to get there and he managed to check us in early, which amazing because we was only staying 3 night. The location is the best, right near the harbour.

Pros: Ken was a dream and able to facilitate our late arrival graciously. Location was phenomenal, less than a minute to the beach with loads of bars, restaurants and shops but still sheilded from most of the noise.
