Pros: Great location for my granddaughters wedding on the island

Cons: No complaints

Location excellent, around the corner from the beach.

Pros: Room bright and clean with comfortable bed. Shower good flow and hot. Sabrina very helpful.

Cons: Sink in shower room too small - difficult to fill the kettle. Steps into property very steep..needs a handrail to assist entry.

Perfect Porthmeor room.

Pros: A comfy and very clean little room that's incredibly convenient for Porthmeor beach and all the wee lanes of the island. The view over the square.

Cons: The window couldn't close, and the blinds let in the bright light from opposite... but nothing an eye mask doesn't solve.

Pros: Excellent value for money with the location, lovely lady

Cons: The window didn’t quite shut properly and made the loud morning seagull chirps extra annoying haha. The toilet seats are plastic which is so very minor but a super easy fix !!

Great place for a short stay

Pros: Location was perfect, the room was comfortable and clean, the owner very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable (spring mattress) and as our room was on the front and next to the entrance to the building it was a bit noisy at busier times.

Pros: The guesthouse is perfectly situated in St Ives, we had a free spot for the car just outside. The room is impeccably clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee provided.

Cons: The rooms could be better insulated from the noise of other residents.

Pros: The room was very clean and the location was great 2 mins from the beach we met the lady preparing the rooms and she was friendly and helpful

Cons: nothing really the bathroom was small and under the stairs but perfectly functional - the shower was great

Pros: The location, The room was lovely, clean and bright, I managed to get free parking outside the property.

Cons: Steep stairs to get up to room. It would be useful to have a shelf in shower for shower products.
