Great location in St.Ives for SWCP & lovely sea view

Pros: Location perfect for walking the SWCP & exploring St.Ives. Ken was very responsive to messages & welcoming

Cons: Personally prefer a firmer mattress and larger shower

Comfortable stay right in middle of the town

Pros: The location is the best feature of this property. Right in the middle of the town and my room had a sea facing view which was absolutely gorgeous. It’s quite an old cottage but It is a well maintained property. I had kettle and supplies for coffee in the room. Clean towels and a supply of toiletries.

Cons: You can actually overhear the adjacent rooms and when they are using toilets. But I guess that’s owing to the age of the property. So, if one likes staying in cottages this should be expected I guess. This was my first stay in a non hotel kind of place. Some people might not like the noise of the busy Fore Street if your room window is facing that side.

Lovely stay with a great location

Pros: This Accomondation is lovely and has a great location. First we had a very good communication with the owner Ken. He was very helpful and reachable. The room was very cosy at the attic with a little view to the Bay. The interior was not very modern but we liked it this way. Ken gave us helpful advices where to have dinner or breakfast, etc.

Cons: My husband complained about the split beds. I didn't mind :)

Hope to be back!

Pros: We loved the character of the property and the location. The room on the top floor had a sea view and was clean and a good size. The owner was very helpful both in the comms before arrival and on arrival

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

Very good overall

Pros: In a great location, nice and clean and comfortable

Cons: A small thing but the tv was so old that it didn't have a remote control so you have to get out of bed to switch it on and off
