Didn't want to go home.

Pros: The food as always excellent. Location got to be why we keep coming back for the last 10 to 15 years we love it hear..friendly staff .

Pros: Lovely spotlessly clean room Proprietor's and Staff were lovely , look out for Benji (think that's his name) in the restaurant, loved his humour. He made our mealtime. Nothing was too much trouble, my friend asked for a breakfast not on the menu and they provided it willingly. The breakfast is the best we've had and we've stayed many, many places. Loved the restaurant, such wonderful decor. Handy to have a large carpark. The building is historic and has atmosphere.. You can go in and out the back way of the hotel to save going through the bar and restaurant area. Altogether a wonderful place, we will certainly stay at again.

Cons: Carpark needs tarmac but at least it's large and available.

Friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We booked an extra night at short notice and our things were moved to our other room for us. The breakfast was freshly cooked, flavoursome and hot. The room was lovely and clean.

Cons: Nothing.
