Rashleigh Arms

Pros: Virtually everything and ideal for a short stay. The staff are exceptional . The room location in a separate but close location was just about perfect. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the inclusive breakfast was perfect. All in all a great stay and we will definitely return. This is part of the St Austell pub group and we look forward to sampling many more of their locations.

Cons: For the money was excellent but the room offered was quite small however it. did have a great view of the harbour . The bathroom was the only downside as it was very small and located in a cupboard.

Pros: The location was fantastic, the room we had was big with a separate bathroom very clean. The staff were amazing so lovely and happy. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic 😊

Cons: Unfortunately the TV did not work and the room was very hot with only a small fan in the bedroom and unable to open the window.

Pros: The room was lovely. The bed comfortable. Restaurant was lovely.

Cons: The price, for what wr paid could of done with more on the full English breakfast, instead of a big plate with one of everything. Could do with a small fridge in room so fresh milk instead of packet milk as not enough.

Pros: We had an issue with our stay. I cannot thank the Management team at The Rashleigh Arms enough that dealt with this after our stay. The customer service was first class in responding and solving our issue.

Cons: Issue not being dealt with at the present time.

Pros: Very comfortable property, breakfast amazing. Staff very good. Atmosphere great.

Cons: Sorry the only thing that was disappointing was the bathroom. It was far too small.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent food!

Pros: Easily accessible from the rest of the facilities but located just far away from the restaurant and pub that you didn’t hear patrons leaving at all hours.

Cons: Nothing, it was well presented, clean and tidy.

Pros: Friendly welcome, high standard of cleanliness, comfortable bed, elemis products in the bathroom, good selection on the hospitality tray with coffee machine, lovely cooked breakfast ( I had the vegetarian option). I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Lighting in the room was a little dim with no reading light. I would have liked a better selection of fruit at the breakfast buffet. However, these were minor issues and didn't change my overall impression of the stay.

Lovely friendly comfortable stay

Pros: Really close to the seafront, warm and comfortable room, nice toiletries provided, decent food choice for dinner and breakfast and service was fast and friendly. Good choice of non alcoholic drinks as well. Free car parking.

Cons: Minor thing but if you are a fussy sleeper you may not appreciate the Friday night live music, it didn't bother us but I guess might be an issue for some.

Good stay, with good food.

Pros: Very clean, nice rooms, modern but still with character. Good TV too.
