Pros: Clean, warm and comfortable room. Clean, well equipt kitchen. In early March there was adequate parking. Did what it said on the tin.

Good tidy property, which has everything you would need

Pros: The property had everything you would need. All items were high quality

Cons: The property was a good up hill walk from the town. It was ok for us, anyone with health issues may struggle. We had a small issue when we arrived, the company came back straight away to sort it.

Pros: Have stayed here several times. Perfect location for town. Spotlessly clean well set out rooms. Nice and quiet and parking.

Pros: Large clean room, nice and bright, clean communal kitchen, good communication via email re: entry code, quiet, A well stocked SPAR grocery store up the hill and just around the corner (8 min walk).

Cons: We walked the coastal path to St Ives - then picked up our luggage. Didn't realize that it wasn't right in heart of St Ives but in Ayr, St Ives. We had to carry our luggage up several steep hills as we didn't realize the topography relative to The Nook location. However, when we departed, we took a taxi to the train station which was only the eqivalent to Cdn$8.00.

Pros: In good walking distance- it you don’t mind taking a view steps. Parking space

Cons: Cleaning and changing of the towels only once a week. Room very small Noise of the smashing the house door Nobody there if you have an urgent need of help Parking space - you better have a small car

Lovely house

Pros: The Nook was very well situated, clean and comfortable. The facilities were good and we received timely information from the owners. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Cons: We bought some nice cheese that we put in the communal fridge but this disappeared
