Made very welcome, enjoyed staying there, just the right level of help and advice.

Pros: Very much liked the decoration of the room. Stylish and modern but comfy. Provided lots of useful information.

Cons: Room was warm enough, but a little warmer would have been nice.

Lovely hosts, very comfortable bed, would return.

Pros: The owners were charming, and there was a lovely surprise of birthday cake awaiting us. Ten minute walk from centre, quicker downhill! The room was clean with comfortable bed.

Cons: We were cold in the morning, there was a notable difference in temperature outside our bedroom in the hallway. So maybe the thermostat wasn't quite working.

Comfortable stay with a tentative owner.

Pros: Booked the accommodation for my son’s birthday. The owner was really kind and bought him cupcakes with candles down to the room. There was an issue in the area with water, but the owner made sure water was delivered to the room. Freshly bake croissant and jam also bought to the room for breakfast. My son was really pleased with his stay and said the owner was helpful. Good communication throughout the stay.

Lovely b&b lovely St ives, hope to visit in the summer

Pros: Little gesture of beers in the fridge and hot croissants outside the door when checking out.

Cons: Fridge made bit of a noise, but wasn't too bad

excellent stay, fantastic host...definitely stay again

Pros: it was my partners birthday the day we arrived and upon arrival joby had put up a happy birthday banner in the room, he then even brought her cakes. The room was immaculate, joby is a fantastic host who although didnt see him a lot that is of no concern as when he did come to see you he always asked if needed anything etc. Im scared writing a great review for this place as it is an absolute gem and can see it always being fully booked lol. Thank you joby for an excellent stay and we will definitely be returning.

Cons: the storm last week had affected the heating but joby had piut a heater in the room so this was no issue...the only thing we didnt like was the bathroom was freezing when got up during the night...no biggie

Pros: Breakfast is not available, however on our second morning, joby left us a croissant each and some jam. There is a fridge in the room, this had free for us to use, a couple of beers and waters, again a nice touch. When we left there was also a message thanking us for staying, written on the back of a print of a storm in a teacup. All in all a very nice place to stay.
