Pros: When arriving in the room we had balloons and a note on the bed wishing my daughter and I a happy birthday as I mentioned to them that we we staying due to having big birthdays this year. Thought it was a lovely touch. And the afternoon tea was gorgeous

We really enjoyed our first time staying at this hotel.

Pros: The room was comfy,the shower was great, staff were super friendly, and the location was ideal. Loved the leisure area - the pool, sauna, and gym were great for squeezing in some exercise. And the food? Amazing!

Cons: One thing that didn't quite hit the mark was the room service - it was a bit hit or miss. Hope they can sort it out, as the rest of our stay was brilliant!

Pros: Staff here really good excel. We were visiting for a Christmas party and the hotel was very busy but staff were happy, attentive and friendly. Room was of a surprisingly large size and well equipped.

Cons: Some areas of the hotel appear a little dated, but this is reflected in the price and more than compensated for by everything else it provides.

Perfect weekend with friends 🫶🏼

Pros: 4th visit in about 6 months and we just love it! Despite living 30 minutes away, and being very well travelled, this place is an absolute benchmark to what a hotel should be. The staff are absolutely amazing, from the minute you check in, to the minute you leave. ♥️

Cons: Nothing, it’s been amazing every time!

We loved it and would be back again.

Pros: We loved how friendly the staff were and accommodating. A dog friendly hotel is rare to find and this made are stay so much easier.

Customer service excellent twinned with optimum location

Pros: I was so impressed about their accommodating attitude towards the runners - 100% will be back if I run again next year and will be recommending them. Last year had awful experience at a hotel in st ives which was supposed to be 4 star but was terrible. Couldn’t rate this one highly enough. Thank you!
